Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche will be teaching at Columbus KTC September 23rd - 25th. Rinpoche will present Khenpo Gangshar's teaching on Naturally Liberating Whatever You Meet. This teaching describes how to progress rapidly on the path by being able to work with whatever comes to us in life. Only a few people who actually received this teaching remain alive; it is a rare opportunity for us to host Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche, who received this powerful teaching, and who can transmit it to all of us. On Friday evening September 23, Rinpoche’s public talk in Columbus will be: “Finding Wisdom “in Compassion: “The Buddhist Path” We encourage you to pre-register for these events at columbusktc.org |

![]() About Athens KTC We meet at 37 Ohio Street, in the building of the Factory Street Dance Studio a converted church with a very nice atmosphere (map). We meditate at 10 a.m. every Sunday. At 11 a.m. we break for visiting, tea and coffee. At 11:30, we have dharma study: generally reading and discusing a book together, or listening to a dharma teaching. Several times a year we have a visiting teacher come to talk. There is no charge to join us in meditation, and a free introduction to meditation is always available. We hope you’ll stop in! |
